LEGAL NOTICE AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
ORGANIZATION
The technical organization of the combined trips and lodging selection
has been carried out by the wholesale agency RURALPLAN (Ciex 1005 Mm)
resident in Parras St 1, 10004 Cáceres (Spain).
BOOKING
The booking should be effected through RURALPLAN or any other of its collaborating Agencies.
MINIMUM STAYS COTTAGE, FARMHOUSES AND APARTMENTS
The minimum stays should be of two nights at any time of the year, excepting long weekends, holydays, Holly Week, Christmas (3-4 nights) and high Summer season, July, August and first half of September (7 nights). The lodgings could be used from midday of the check-in day and should be left before midday of the check-out day, unless otherwise agreed.
HOTELS
The hotels should not be subjected to the minimum stays of the above paragraph, excepting special offers which include more than one night or special conditions of which concrete and detailed information will be given at each moment.
PRICES
The published prices will be in force till December 31, 2005, unless new administrative requirements or a printing error. For houses and farmhouses, the rate to be applied is the table which complies with the number of rooms indicated. It should be not admitted at any case more persons than the rooms the house has prepared, reserving the administration the right to refuse admission or to ejection if corresponds.
Our prices include:
- The lodging and/or alimony at the regime contracted in each case at the hotels or chosen establishments.
- The normal consumption of electric power, water, gas, bed linen and bathroom and cleaning upon the arrival.
- The indirect taxes (VAT)
The only and authentic interpretation of the services included in the price will be the one offered by the organizing agency, so if in doubt, we recommend the consumer to consult such agency.
PAYMENT TERMS
The reservation is confirmed when deposited the 25% of the total price; in any case, the whole amount should be deposited before occupying the establishment.
The payment should be effected through bank transference.
In any case, RURALPLAN will require the receipt/voucher by fax of the paid amount.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, charges to be appy will be the following:
- From 15 to 10 days before arrival, 5% of the total amount.
- From 10 to 3 days before arrival, 15% of the total amount.
- Whithin the 48 hours before arrival, 25% of the total amount.
- No show, 100% of the total amount.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE COTTAGE AND FARMHOUSES
The customer is fully and exclusively responsible for stating the right number of persons who will occupy the house (without omitting children, whatever their age is) when booking. Warning: the administration has the legal right to refuse the admission of those non declared persons or to eject them, without any claim in this respect.
Unless previous notice, the customer should occupy the room before 20:00 hs of the check-in day. If this hour is not respected, the customer takes the risk of not being able to spend the night in such lodging.
DEFICIENCIES OR ANOMALIES
When the customer considers that any of the contracted services has been not facilitated or is defective, he should provide himself with the voucher issued by the service supplier.
Likewise, the irregularity or deficiencies the customer could find at the hired property should be informed as soon as possible and always during the stay to the travel agency, or directly to RURALPLAN in order to offer the necessary solutions.
ALTERATIONS
RURALPLAN has the right to substitute the booked property for an alternative one of similar characteristics, always by force majeure reasons, beyond the control of the organization. If the customer does not accept the offered alternative, the organization should reimburse the client the offered amounts.
JURIDIC REGULATION AND CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE
Both parties are bound to fulfill this contract on the terms set herein, being the contract established by the clauses contained in these General Conditions, which complement and develop the specific legislation applied without infringing it.
The fact of taking part of this product, supposes the consumers acceptance
of all and each one of the General Conditions which are considered to
be automatically incorporated in this contract, without the need of transcription
herein.
The contracting parties are expressly subjected to the jurisdiction
of the Cáceres court to solve all their differences.
To be aware of all the claims that could arise, both the client and the organizing agency are subjected to the jurisdiction of the Cáceres
court, denying any other one.
