Itinerary
Day 1: Visit of a cheese factory where you can learn about
the production of the famous Torta del Casar. At the end
of the visit tasting of different kinds of cheese. Guided
tour of Cáceres, declared World Heritage in 1986.
You will visit the historical town of Caceres: the city
walls, the Aljibe (cistern), the Jewish quarter, the cathedral
Santa Maria and the Renaissance complex with civil and
religious architecture. Accommodation in charming hotel.
 Cheeses Day 2: Breakfast. Free time to walk around the city.
